Effective Date: July 20, 2026
At Fire & Feast, we want every customer to receive fresh food and dependable service. Because our food is prepared specifically for each order and is perishable, refunds and cancellations are handled according to the following policy.
Please review your order before leaving whenever possible. If an item is missing, incorrect, or has a quality problem, contact us promptly on the day the order was received.
We may request:
Depending on the circumstances, we may replace the item, provide store credit, or issue a partial or full refund. Refunds are not normally provided because of personal taste preferences or for food that has already been substantially consumed.
Regular carry-out orders may be canceled for a refund only if food preparation has not started. Once preparation begins, the order may no longer be refundable.
Catering orders require advance purchasing, scheduling, preparation, and staffing. Deposits and payments may therefore become nonrefundable as the event date approaches.
Unless different terms are stated in the customer's written catering proposal:
If severe weather, an emergency, or another unexpected situation affects an event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the order or provide an appropriate credit when possible. Costs already incurred may remain nonrefundable.
Delivery charges may not be refundable after delivery has been attempted or completed.
Orders placed through DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, or another third-party platform may need to be reported directly through that platform. Its refund and credit policies may apply.
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank and payment provider and may take several business days.
