Welcome to the Fire & Feast Entrees To-Go & Catering website. By visiting our website, placing an order, requesting a catering quote, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Fire & Feast. Prices, menu items, ingredients, and availability may change without notice.
Payment may be required when placing an online, carry-out, delivery, or catering order. Larger catering orders may require a deposit or full payment before the scheduled event. Any payment requirements will be explained in your catering proposal or order confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, pickup, delivery, and payment information.
We make every effort to describe our food and services accurately. However, photographs are for presentation purposes and may not exactly represent the appearance, quantity, or packaging of an order.
Seasonal ingredients and product availability may occasionally require reasonable substitutions. We will attempt to notify customers when a significant substitution is necessary.
Fire & Feast prepares food in a shared commercial kitchen where common allergens are present, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, but we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact. Customers with serious food allergies should speak directly with our staff before ordering.
Customers should arrive at the agreed pickup time and confirm that the order is complete before leaving whenever practical.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, order volume, or circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing safe and accurate delivery instructions and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.
Once food has been delivered or picked up, the customer is responsible for its proper handling, storage, temperature control, and service.
Catering quantities are based on estimated serving sizes. Actual portions may vary depending on the event, menu, and how food is served. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate guest count and selecting enough food for their event.
Final menus, quantities, delivery details, and payment deadlines will be stated in the customer's catering proposal or confirmation. Changes requested near the event date may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Unless specifically included in writing, catering prices do not include servers, event setup, cleanup, tables, linens, serving equipment, or on-site food service.
Cancellations, order problems, and refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Customized food, completed orders, and costs already incurred may not be refundable.
Orders placed through DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Toast, or another outside service may also be subject to that company's terms, fees, delivery rules, and refund procedures. Fire & Feast is not responsible for technical problems or service failures caused by third-party platforms.
Website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and menu descriptions, belongs to Fire & Feast or is used with permission. Content may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without written permission.
We may update this website and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after an update means that you accept the revised terms.
To the extent permitted by law, Fire & Feast is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses resulting from website use, third-party delivery services, customer food handling, event changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
