Fire & Feast has AMAZING food! I’ve tried the chicken shawarma, falafel sandwich, truffle parmesan fries, mediterranean fries, and now The Salad (which is soooo delicious and is a new favorite of mine, I would recommend adding feta). I visited your newly opened carryout location and want to provide direct feedback regarding both food quality and front-of-house service.
The shawarma was inconsistent and poorly executed, parts were soggy while others tasted burnt, and there was an unpleasant sour note in the flavor. For a newly opened restaurant, this level of inconsistency is a serious issue and should be addressed immediately.
More concerning was the customer service experience at the front counter. The cashier I interacted with was noticeably dismissive and unfriendly. When I asked simple, reasonable questions about the menu, she responded with clear irritation and minimal effort, creating an unwelcoming interaction from start to finish. In a fast-casual environment where efficiency and hospitality are critical, this level of attitude directly impacts the guest experience and the reputation of the business.
I am sharing this feedback so it can be addressed early while the restaurant is still establishing standards. Both food execution and front-of-house professionalism need improvement to meet basic industry expectations.

Nice offerings and high quality ingredients.  Chicken Shwarma and Falafel Sandwich were very good.   Fattoush Salad also very good.  I can't wait to taste other menu items. We had our son’s wedding catered by Fire & Feast, and we could not have been happier with the experience. I met with the owner, Sevar, who was incredibly accommodating and made sure most of the menu was gluten-free for us. They truly went above and beyond in every way.
The food was absolutely outstanding. Our guests kept commenting on how delicious everything was and asking who the caterer was. The presentation was also beautiful — even though the day was so busy that I didn’t manage to take any pictures!
We will definitely be using Fire & Feast for future events, and several of our guests are already excited to go back and order from them themselves. If you haven’t tried this place yet, I highly recommend checking them out.

I walked in to order food after being scheduled a long shift after a long flight the day before. Lila greeted me & her energy was so high & it immediately brought a smile to my face. I recently visited this carryout-only restaurant for the first time and was disappointed with both the food and service.

The hummus I ordered, priced at $7.99 did not come with bread. I have never ordered hummus without bread in the past, and when I asked the person on the phone why it wasn’t included, they told me it was $1.25 for bread. I don’t know how else they expect people to eat hummus as I’ve always had it with bread. I’m sure the cost of including some pita bread shouldn’t be an issue based on the prices they charge.

The chicken shawarma sandwich had scotch tape to keep the wrapping paper sealed which I thought was strange.
Instead of a crispy bread shell, it was a soggy mess.

The fries, which were hot out of the fryer, were also served in a plastic container that was warping from the heat. Heating plastic food containers can leach chemicals into the food, so it’s better to use cardboard containers, which many other food establishments are switching to.

I’m not writing this review to get the restaurant to fail. I’m writing it to let the owners know about the issues that paying customers have and to encourage them to make changes.

We've gotten carry out multiple times since they opened and everything we've tried has been fresh, large portions, and really good! Very happy that there's a legit place cooking up good middle eastern nearby as well as other options.
